PGL Travel Ltd has taken steps to ensure all credit card information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorised access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server and our site is protected with a Secure Server certificate (SSL). In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.

Payment methods
You can use Visa, Switch, Delta, Amex or Mastercard to pay for transactions on-line. If you do not wish to pay on-line using this site you can telephone 08700 551551 by quoting the details of the product(s) you wish to purchase or email us at enquiries@pgl.co.uk.

Delivery Terms for Merchandise
With the exception of the PGL Camp Kit (centre pick-up), which is delivered on arrival at your holiday destination, all items of PGL merchandise ordered via the PGL On-Line Gift Shop will be delivered within a maximum of 28 days. We will endeavour, where possible, to deliver items within a shorter period. Postage on all items is included in the price.
Returns, Cancellation and Refund
Merchandise purchases
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can, if it is an item of merchandise, return it within 7 days and receive a 'no quibble' full refund. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged you can return the item and receive a full refund or a replacement item. Full payment or a replacment will be made within 30 days. Holiday purchases
Any holiday product purchased is subject to the Booking Conditions outlined for that holiday and available at the Checkout prior to paying for your holiday. Please see PGL Travel Ltd Activity Holiday On-Line Purchasing Booking Conditions. You will also receive a full copy of the Booking Conditions after booking your holiday. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, a full refund will be given if notice is received in writing within 7 days.

Any complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and a resolution or explanation proposed within 30 working days. All complaints will be dealt with fairly and in the strictest confidence. No information supplied will be used for any other purpose other than to respond to the complaint.
